About

Ethanet is a telecommunications consulting and procurement firm that is carrier and cloud-neutral. Our company represents over 1000 global providers, offering various products to design, procure and implement the ideal solution for our client's environment.

We designed Ethanet to bridge the gap between traditional procurement and the technical needs for solution delivery. To achieve this, we perform a custom scope of work, which involves a deep dive into our client's environment's existing infrastructure, cost, design, and dependencies. In collaboration with the technical team, we then apply current and future business drivers to design an ideal topology.

Our proven process documents due diligence through published topology optimization, multiple carrier bids, and an executive summary. This allows stakeholders to clearly and accurately understand their technology trajectory and associated costs.

The Strength of Collaboration

Our Approach

Ethanet oversees the procurement process meticulously, evaluating each supplier against a comprehensive set of criteria. Our primary goal is to ensure that the expectations established pre-sale are met post-sale. As leaders in best practices, we standardize each cloud contact center provider, eliminating sales process ambiguity by adhering to an impartial and uniform approach from the initial discovery session through demonstrations and culminating with the implementation and ongoing support for your organization’s new cloud environment.

Who We Work With

Customers partnering with Ethanet grasp the intricacies inherent in migrating from legacy infrastructure to the cloud and recognize the importance of not undertaking it solo. This understanding is not solely based on experience but also on the realization that the project entails numerous complexities to handle, often within a tight timeframe for successful completion. Our expertise and robust team are pivotal advantages for achieving a seamless cloud migration.
